Paprika Bistro
 A short 10 minute scenic drive from downtown
Victoria is Paprika Bistro. Owned & operated by local resident
and long time Restaurateur Geoff Parker, it is located in the heart
of Oak Bay and only blocks from Willows Beach. Paprika is a 60
seat boutique restaurant with a locally inspired menu that has
French and Italian influences. The wine list is international,
with a great presence of BC wines. The menu & daily features
offer seasonal cuisine, showcasing the best Vancouver Island has
to offer, regular appearances of Metchosin Lamb, Island Mussels,
Pacific Halibut & Lingcod, Cowichan Bay Duck & Chicken, and
locally grown produce from Saanich Organics. Chef de Cuisine,
Anna Hunt (Culinary Consultant for Victoria Gin), & the kitchen
team take great pride in creating a local dining experience you
won’t forget. Fresh handmade pasta, breads & desserts are only
a few things that will impress. Paprika is proud to support
Vancouver Island farms, Ocean Wise fisheries & British Columbia
wines. Starters range from $8-$15 and entrees are $23-$30.
