 Samuel’s Restaurant has been family owned and
operated since the doors first opened back in 1980. Samuel’s
has provided high quality food, great value, and friendly service
to not only hotel guests, but Victoria locals for over thirty years.
Numerous staff members have been employed with us for over
ten years, and one of our servers has been with us since our
first day of business. Samuels offers Westcoast Contemporary
dining. Our menu features the best local ingredients available
seasonally. We are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven
days a week, and have a very popular Brunch Buffet every
